To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Homemade Recipe, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in New York, New York, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.
